All Sheetary products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the instant-download nature of our products, digital products are generally non-refundable.

When We Will Issue a Refund

If a product has a genuine defect, we will provide a corrected version or issue a full refund. Examples of qualifying issues include:

Broken formulas or calculations that do not work as described
Missing files or incomplete downloads
Corrupt or unreadable file formats
Product that is materially different from what was described and previewed
